Hi, I’m Karlee—the mom behind Hale & Hearty Play.

I’m married to my best friend, Cruz, and together we’re raising three adventurous boys: Levi, Lucas, and Lincoln. Before trading skyscrapers for wide-open skies, we spent six unforgettable years living in Dubai, traveling the world and experiencing incredible cultures. Today, we’re happily settled in Texas, surrounded by family and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Hale & Hearty Play was born from our own family’s journey. Our playroom wasn’t created just to keep the boys busy. It was built to help our oldest son discover confidence through movement. Watching him climb a little higher, take healthy risks, and see himself as capable instead of frustrated completely changed the way I think about play. It reminded me that kids don’t need perfect childhoods; they need opportunities to move, explore, imagine, and grow.

Now I’m passionate about helping other families create those same opportunities at home.
